Briefly
Grade Transferer is a chrome extension that lives in the browser and allows teachers to seamlessly transfer data between a variety of educational platforms and their gradebook(s).
The Problem It Solves
With an increase in remote instruction, teachers are using a huge variety of online resources and tools, including Google Classroom, Google Meets, Zoom, online gradebooks, educational apps, and other technologies.
Unfortunately, these tools don’t always ‘talk’ to each other and teachers are forced to spend their precious time manually retyping student scores from one platform into the other. For example, a teacher might grade an essay on Google Classroom for a class of 25 students and then have to manually retype the student scores into the district’s official gradebook. Multiply this by 4-8 classes and 15-45 assignments per quarter. It quickly adds up!
GradeTransferer to the Rescue!!!
With one handy extension and the click of a button, teachers can automate this process. Grade Transferer grabs grades from one platform, auto-sorts it, and transfers it into the appropriate fields on the second platform. Fast, simple, easy!
